Key Talent Indicator (KTI) as a key indicator

KTI is an index that varies between 0 and 100 and measures the candidate’s suitability for the profile demanded by the company and thus we obtain the distance in skills that must be improved. In short, with this KPI we can identify the best candidates for a position.

It is based on an objective assessment of the knowledge, personality, competencies, skills and aptitudes required for the position of each candidate through our SaaS platform with AI. In this way we obtain the individual KTI of each talent for a position and we can provide the company with the candidates who are objectively the most suitable for the position.

This indicator is very strategic to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring processes, but also to detect skills gaps in internal talent and to implement reskilling and upskilling programs. Even for internal promotion processes without bias coming into play.
